Roading/Streets
Reported Wednesday, 12 June 2019 at 1:14 pm, 283, Marine Drive, Charteris Bay, 8971, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Some muppet has got a digger and pulled down the clay bank on to the main culvert to create what looks like a flattish area for parking a car. I saw a young guy on a unmarked digger doing it on a Friday night about two weeks ago but dident cop on to what he was doing. This exposed cut is now going to allow clay and soil to erode straight on to the main road and then the sea. Urgent action is required.
