Reported Wednesday, 3 December 2025 at 8:55 am, 32 Whites Tramway Road, Halswell, Christchurch 8025, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Why does this tree lined walkway in a brand new subdivision not have a crossing for pedestrians from one part of the walkway to the other? This is difficult for people in wheel chairs, with prams or children on small bikes to navigate.
