Tree needs trimming and Is too tall. Branches may break anytime due to strong winds. Plenty of dried branches up the tree. Might drop on the foot path anytime and someone might get hurt. Note Tree growing too tall blocking sunlight, branches might fall on to power lines and also damage properties.
