Reported Monday, 8 December 2025 at 10:04 am, 147 Esplanade, Sumner, Christchurch 8081, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
I fully understand that no watering should happen over the summer, but this area by the clock tower has been an eyesore, a muddy slippery heap for years. the path floods every time it rains, the grass area is either rock hard or slippery mud.
