The reporter’s words

A vehicle is parked over a third of my driveway. It was parked in the same spot yesterday but not as far over my drive. I have a Hyundai IMAX van. Yesterday when leaving my property, I caught the passenger wing mirror on my gate trying to avoid coming into contact with this vehicle. I believe it is a tradeperson working on the units across the road, but I do not know which person to contact.
