The reporter’s words

Speaking to the Wigram Primary School management, they described that they would like “kiss and go” parking restrictions. There is currently a 3-minute limit but this is not enforced. This would set an expectation with parents that it’s pick up and drop off only - not for a space for waiting. They would also like to see the parking lines marked to avoid issues like in the attached picture where one badly parked car consumes multiple spaces. Some vehicles are u-turning in the driveways too.
