Roading/Streets
Reported Thursday, 20 June 2019 at 3:08 pm, 4, Townshend Crescent, Halswell, 8025, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
The owner of this boat has parked half on the berm and the road. He constantly swaps this for his caravan. When we complain about one of the other it swaps around again. He is a recidivist in this area of parking.
