The reporter’s words

The wooden barrier fell off when my son lean on it. This has left him with grazes on his arm and the barrier on the ground. Fortunately he just has a few scratches, but it could have been a lot worse. If it was an older person, a fall like that could have broken a bone. Please reply with actions you are taking, not just at this location, but all similar locations across the city to mitigate this significant risk of injury
