The reporter’s words

This leak on the footpath has been here for sometime now and our neighbours have already notified the council about this. Our neighbours and us have checked our properties. The neighbours have rectified an issue on there property and we have no leaks coming from our property. This is a council issue and started directly after road resurfacing where a number of heavy vehicles were up and down this road which would indicate the cause of this sudden leak.
