The reporter’s words

The person who owns this car sleeps in it ie homeless. He defacates and ablutes in the immediate vicinity in the park. There is fresh toilet paper in the park. It is a health and safety issue not only for people who use the park and their pets but for the homeless person. Can he please be moved on to either the Salvation Army or City Mission to get some help please. He’s been here for months. Thank you
