The reporter’s words

This vehicle has been abandoned by its owner, who has returned home overseas. It has been the subject of many complaints to the CCC over a period of about 18 months. It is not showing a current registration or wof. CCC have claimed it was parked on private land outside 44 Kinsey Terrace. The area it was parked on was a public parking area before the deck arrived. The deck was not constructed by the current owner. Earlier complaints made with CCC confirmed the fact that it is a public parking area and the owner of 44 Kinsey Terrace was advised of that fact at the time by the CCC. When this vehicle was parked on this platform, residents of 44 (knowing it was non operational) parked behind it hindering contractors trucks and residents from turning or backing down a driveway where a new house was being constructed. The vehicle has now been pushed onto other public parking in the turnaround by the owner of 44 and is now reducing the number of parking spaces for permanent residents/visitors and tradesmen. Would you please have this vehicle removed. This has been a frustrating exercise for many residents who have requested assistance on numerous occasions. The vehicle concerned is a Mitsubishi Legnum , Reg No BQC 710. Thanks
