The public bin outside our store has repeatedly not been emptied on time. It’s not just a one-time issue—this happens all the time, and often rubbish is only collected every three to four days. As a result, the bin is always overflowing, and people have thrown dog waste in it, creating a persistent foul smell that seriously affects our business. If the rubbish is not going to be collected regularly, we suggest that the council should simply remove these bins entirely. Removing the bins would pr
