The reporter’s words
This rubbish bin is a disgrace. It is situated outside a take away shop and does not encourage people to use it. There are leaks and stains on the footpath. Situated on Centaurus rd along from the Spot On shop in the Centaurus block of shops. There is also another one outside the liquor store which has been broken for months. I sent this information quite some time ago and was told it was not a council bin - the councils metal name plate is on the bin.
