neighbour repeatedly using public reserve as a race track!! I have already reported him but he continues. council was meant to email him. his name is Duncan brown, lives at 364 pettigrews rd, email is chinaski68@gmail.com he needs to be told to stop as it is disturbing the peace and my dogs go crazy!
