This is a duplicate report. The original report was sent on Jun 28, 2019. Oil or diesel has been dumped or spilt in the gutter outside 20 pistacia place Hornby as depicted. It is a huge mess and is running into the stormwater drain. A resident has coned off the affected area but it is damaging driveways and polluting the waterway when it rains you can see it running into the drain.
