The reporter’s words

Thank you for putting the effort to ticketed the car that was parked on the fire hydrant yesterday and finally the owner moved the car. It seems to be a regular occurrence that people parked on the fire hydrant. The photos attached here was from this evening when I went for a walk and saw this vehicle parked blocking the hydrant. Can the council do something to prevent people parking there?
