Have noticed water leaking around this area. At first thought was someone emptying a swimming pool but seems to still be continuing through wet and dry conditions. My neighbour at 1 Corgwyn Avenue also reported a leak at his property berm, I have been away so not sure where this is at but we have noticed over the last year a depression occurring on our berm at 1a Corgwyn Avenue so wondering if these all might be connected due to ageing pipework.
