The timber suppor beams in this environmental asset waterway (Papanui Creek) are broken and rotting, and the soil is bulging out and falling into the creek. there are at least 5 vertical beams that need repairing, and there are multiple points where the horizontal planks have weakened. There is a risk the lawn will slip into the creek, damaging the property further and killing the biome of the creek.
