The reporter’s words

This has not long been repaired due to flooding , as you can see the work done is not working as it is still flooding, , the whole gutter system needs a complete overhaul, ripped out and new gutters put in , maybe when they relay London St this might happen!!! London st is in a dreadful state from one end to the other , wasting money on resurfacing a footpath on Pavitt st which was perfectly ok instead of fixing up areas on London st which badly need attention !!!!
