The reporter’s words

The gutter underneath my access from the street has eroded to the point of having no concrete gutter left. Every week, it gets blocked with debris from upstream of us in the street, making it a weekly job to clear and add to my red bin. I have submitted a case with this app before, but nothing has been done to fix the issue. Please do something to resolve this property access issue.
