Street Gutters / Storm Water
Reported Thursday, 22 January 2026 at 9:43 am, 68 Browns Rd, Canterbury, Christchurch 8014, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Water pools and runs back up directly outside 68 and 70 Browns Rd causing the properties to flood. Work has been done on the drain but not on the lie of the road. Water runs ok until it starts to pool and go backwards. As soon as it pools over the camber of the road it floods. Water also pools on council part of driveway, multiple requests have been put through. Some repairs completed but didn’t solve the issue. Flooding of properties will happen again.
