Owned house since 2007. Past 18 years the large Elm tree in Woolston park has grown outward with some major branches now directly above the house & a threat to property & people - they are over bedroom & living space. Historical events - large branches snapping in high winds, recent storm a large 100mm branch come down next to my fence. Another came down and smashed my fence around 2023 - reported to CCC however no trim. My Insurance co. informed, threat to humans more critical. Please trim ??
