The reporter’s words

Stormwater curb outlet has been damaged and blocks by tree roots from CCC tree. Please repair outlet and pipework as need be. Unable to CCTV inspect or check as kerb outlet almost totally clogged with massive roots. There is root damage to the path as well. The property lies almost level with the street and therefore the obstruction in pipe at the street is not allowing water at the back of the property to drain. We will need to re-attend the property after the stormwater lateral is repaired.
