Roading/Streets
Reported Saturday, 20 July 2019 at 12:42 pm, 9, Main Road, Governors Bay, 8971, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Resending as no action in over a month despite considerable unnecessary risk to life. Gutter / road verge cluttered with rock and earth on dyers pass road from governors bay to sign of kiwi meaning water is not draining but rather running across road creating an icy surface when frosts. Easily avoidable risk of accidents which I emailed about a month ago and several times since. I have spoken to other residents who confirm numerous seperate notifications of this issue over the last month without any apparent action. Given above I request a phone call or email to confirm something is done about this issue which will potentially risk lives. I would suggest anyone who has an accident as a result of continued in attention to this issue would have a claim against CCC.
