Replace organics bin. This is my third attempt through this app, there is no option for replacing a bin. The “bins and general rubbish” is the only option I can choose. Please don’t tell me to select the right option, it doesn’t exist. I have screenshots to prove this, I tried to search for it. We have also called 3+ times to have this done. Please REPLACE OUR ORGANICS BIN. We are paying rates for a service we don’t get provided.
