Hazard, vehicle
Reported Friday, 30 January 2026 at 5:19 pm, 29–31 Saracen Ave, Canterbury, Christchurch 8051, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This heavy duty truck & trailer consistently parks on Saracen Avenue nightly and now on the weekend in a residential area. The driver parks it outside others homes while he walks down the road to his house, noting he doesn’t park the eye sore outside his own house. Surely this is unacceptable and should be parked in the company yard. It is also dropping oil on the road and it is close to a corner. 3 months ago a youth took the corner too fast and smashed into our fence. This is a safety hazard.
