The reporter’s words

Wooden ramps blocking stormwater pathway of road-gutter. The property they are outside leaves them there as a fixed driveway access to their section, they are broken, do not get cleaned and cause giant pools backing up drainage. when it really rains like today it makes the road unsafe and leaves water nowhere to retreat. If the owners fixed them it would stop the blockage short term, but the fact they are left there perpetually when it storms is no good. Permanent curb install required to fix.
