Reported Wednesday, 4 February 2026 at 8:33 pm, 26 Farrington Avenue, Bishopdale, Christchurch 8053, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
this person is running a business from their garage. making concrete pavers. do they have permission? they are using skill saws, mallets, concrete mixers, drills, power tools etc all hours of the evening often until after 9pm. it is hard to put up with every night esp with young families. don't you need a permit or something can you make such things residentially?
