The reporter’s words
Along Sawyers Arms Rd in front of the Papanui club there are yellow lines and a cycle way marked in green. The cycle way is marked in green across entry and exit points in/out of the club and at the pedestrian crossing etc, and in between these there are yellow lines except in this one spot. Occasionally people park here blocking the cycle lane. I can only assume the yellow lines were missed here when the area was originally marked out.
