Flooding
Reported Tuesday, 30 July 2019 at 8:35 am, 2, Carrs Road, Halswell, 8025, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Hi there, when ever there is rain a pool of water is created here. I think it is because there’s a dip in the road and it has no drain to go to. Currently residents nearby use their own pump/generator to rid of the water.
