The reporter’s words
Pedestrian crossing light is not working well. There was a child on each of the crosses I have added to the picture (10 and 12yr old- so not super light) and a man with a suitcase on the other blue marking. The traffic light facing us was green. Kids pushed the traffic button and waited. It kept turning off after about 10 seconds. Had to be pressed 3-4 times. The other morning there were many school kids waiting and the light had turned off as well. Safety risk as this is well used crossing.
