Traffic light fault, green light has a black spot around the top area of the light. ( Seems the actual light is made up of small green cones, some of those cones are black). Brougham Street/Opawa Road Waltham. Left side from Waltham Road. Thanks. Please notify me when this SSS is solved. Thanks. No photo as I was driving.
