Street Gutters / Storm Water
Reported Monday, 16 February 2026 at 3:53 am, 45 Acacia Avenue, Upper Riccarton, Christchurch 8041, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Hi, overnight at 3am I cleared gutters of recyclable items already but have left three piles of mixed leaf litter and general waste on footpath with cone by 45 acacia ave (1), and at end of street on north and south side of pavement for collection, to prevent flooding of the street and erosion before it gets congested by school children & drop-off vehicles.
