Sediment - Construction
Reported Monday, 16 February 2026 at 5:34 pm, 55 Bletsoe Ave, Canterbury, Christchurch 8024, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
There’s a development at 55 Bletsoe Avenue and their erosion and sediment control procedures are definitely not being implemented appropriately. Not impressed with the mess that they have left down Bletsoe Avenue this afternoon. The road is covered in mud and the stormwater on both sides of the street is full of sediment. They should be doing better! They are definitely not working within the permitted control measures in the district plan.
