The reporter’s words
Magpies ! All of a sudden it seems like there’s been a magpie population explosion in tumara park Titirangi reserve . I’ve seen them trying to attack a swallow’s and possibly trying to build a nest in my chimney . There’s a lot of small children in this area at the playground near where these birds are hanging out . Would it be possible to trap them and remove ?
