The reporter’s words

Only footpath in this street outside #6 is too rough for elderly woman to use so she was walking down middle of street with young child. Elderly man seen walking in in middle of street the next day. Previously reported woman with pram, toddlers and dog forced to do the same. Serious injury is very likely as trades are frequently zooming down this street with vehicles lining the kerb. We appreciate recent road levelling but footpath is a more important safety concern. If council unable to get builder to repair, can footpath at least be levelled and cleared of rubble.
