Trees - General
Reported Saturday, 21 February 2026 at 1:18 pm, 23 Tuirau Place, Ilam, Christchurch 8041, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
council amber tree is blocking council street lamp reducing street lighting in winter. Additionally, in Autumn the overgrown tree drops its leaves blocking the storm water drain which causes flooding in the street. We would like a large portion of the tree to be pruned to fix these two problems.
