The reporter’s words

This bus has been parked up/ freedom camping in Barnett Park since at least Wednesday. More & more frequently are there freedom campers that are using the carpark as a place to camp. This obviously limits the public’s use to the sporting facilities & park. Furthermore as there is a preschool operation sharing the carpark, it is not appropriate to have people freedom camping at an early childhood education centre. Council should ask offenders to move on, issue infringements or lock the carpark.
