number plate KEL25 I have reported it to police but was advised to go through council. this lady has parked outside Hornby high school a number of times on yellow lines. this is just past gate 3 of Hornby high school just before where the crossing is for school students. it makes it difficult for truckies or larger vehicles to pass. please can something be done, even a few other people park on yellow lines between the school etc. maybe parking enforcements
