This van has been parked outside my workplace for the past few weeks and hasn’t moved. I’ve noticed it appears to be a Deal Panel & Paint vehicle. As far as I’m aware, operating or storing vehicles related to a business on the street like this isn’t permitted, as it’s effectively an extension of their business premises. They also have other vehicles parked on the road, and it’s becoming increasingly difficult for us to find parking for work.
