The reporter’s words
The berm between properties 28 and 30 cuffs road is extremely unkempt. The fence is in a state of disrepair and being propped up by pieces of wood to prevent it from falling. The peach tree is overgrown, with branches snapping off and fruit littering the entire footpath. The greenery has overgrown and started to grow out into the walkway. This is directly opposite a park.
