Parks
Reported Thursday, 15 August 2019 at 1:19 pm, Clifton, 8081, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Freedom campers parked up in Brownlee Reserve on Clifton Hill. Parks contractors haven’t replaced and padlocked bollard at vehicle entrance, so nothing to stop others doing the same thing. Suggest that the bollard is put back and padlocked.
