dirt. gravel and dust. not sweep by contractor. closed to playground. dust and wind causing eyes to be irritated specially kids playing in the park. this is also a construction site, please keep it tidy specially on the weekend. health and safety issue as well if dust shattered and pick up by winds, can enter long into the young ones.
