Reported Thursday, 15 August 2019 at 5:18 pm, Aranui, 8061, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
The fence between the reserve and the paddocks is not sufficient in 2 places. There are 2 craters that make the fence higher than the ground. This is unsafe for dogs and children as can easily fit under however an adult cannot and if they need to rescue dog or child it would mean climbing over an electric fence.
