Evergreen Reserve needs maintenance. There are damaged trees that need replacing and the playground needs more bark chips. The grass surface is extremely poor, it is full of weeds and dries out terribly in summer. The irrigation system doesn’t seem to keep the grass alive and it looks terrible. Thanks!
