Hi, Our neighbour raised a ticket about their storm water that continually leaks, and someone came out and viewed it over the weekend (when it was dry) and said there was no issue. It leaks constantly for weeks after rain, is cloudy and becomes stagnant, green and disgusting. It has been raised before and I was told over the phone it's not normal. No other drains in the street leak like this and we're sick of it as it makes a mess which we have to clean up far too frequently!
