The reporter’s words
Along the west side of Purui St, the street light opposite Totara St. The bulb is working, but it blinks off for about half a second, frequency unknown. I've jogged past it today and last week and seen it blink off both times (approximately 6:15am). The first time it blinked off twice about 10 seconds apart then stayed on. Today it blinked off once in the 60 seconds I saw it. For clarity: the light is working, but may be failing / faulty / in need of checking.
