The reporter’s words
There is concrete blocks old plastic drums rotten timber netting and further south along the fence are a number of long plastic pipes that have not moved for some time. These items don’t assist with making the park safe and easy to maintain. Surely the maintenance contractor and mowing contractor should have done something about this rubbish
