Every weekday morning at 0630am there is a post haste van (rego LSE795 white toyota hiace) parked on the curb in the shared cycle lane with his hazard lights on, where the curb is cutaway for the EXIT of bunnings drive through. The driver is sitting in the van, often listening to music, he is not making deliveries. He is oblivious to the commuter cyclists rushing to get to work. There are better places to park and wait, than in a cycle lane.
