Pavement - General
Reported Sunday, 15 March 2026 at 11:10 am, 28C Albert Terrace, St Martins, Christchurch 8022, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
All the nut & washers [hundreds of them]... have been removed from the Fence/Retaining wall between the council walkway and the driveway on the StMartins stairs... this is a serious safety hazard, the retaining bolts are all loose, staring to fall out. the Fence will rapidly degrade, quickly breaking the timber. please fix before it gets worse.
